Chinese Community Center (CCC) has been up and running since August 2005. Our programs focus currently on:
- Wellness for seniors and underserved Asians
- Education excellence and culture awareness for youths
- Social and education services for adults
Cultural, education and service programs being held at CCC include the following:
- Resource advocacy
- Social work assistance
- Partnered with AAA-1B, ACA has MMAP counselor providing Medicare and Medicaid assistance services.
- Ballroom dance lessons
- Tai Chi
- Youth Summer Camp
- ESL and citizenship classes
- Family counseling services
- Grandparents raising grandchildren support
- Monthly health screening
- Ping Pong
- Senior Hot Lunch
- Senior Club
- Culinary classes
- Holiday celebration events
- Outing
- Library
- Career development support
The CCC is open during scheduled activities and programs. For information or to rent space, please call the CCC at 248-585-9343 during office hours M-Th 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or Fri 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Private rentals do not appear on the website calendar, so please contact the office to check on room availability.
