Tobacco Free Program
The Association of Chinese Americans (ACA) and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services are working together to help people quit tobacco use (which is Michigan's #1 cause of preventable disease and death).

ACA is conducting a survey of community members around the issue of tobacco. The purpose of this survey is to assess knowledge, beliefs, and behaviors around tobacco use in the Asian American population of Michigan.

This is IMPORTANT because:
1) Very little health information is available on Michigan's Asian community. Your participation helps collect data so we can provide better services for you and your family;
2) The data we collect will help us apply for future quit tobacco-related funding for our community;
3) Your participation will help us learn about ways we can help people quit tobacco, making our community healthier!

Click on this link to take the one-minute survey.

Thank you for participating.
