News
We are pleased to announce the receipt of a $20,000 grant from Comcast Foundation to support the establishment of a "Comcast Digital Learning and Enrichment Center" (CDLEC) at our Chinese Community Center (CCC). The grant will be used to support the digital center which will consist of a stationary lab within the CCC library which opens to the community for weekday use of Internet services and a mobile lab which will provide laptops and related equipment for classes at the CCC.
As a year-round partner of ACA, this grant from Comcast Foundation is in recognition of Comcast's commitment to the communities where its customers and employees live and work. Since its founding in 1999, the Comcast Foundation has distributed more than $90 million in cash support of prpgrams implemented locally in Comcast communities.
